The tuition fee for my service is $125.00 per month with a 2-month commitment ($250.00). For this you will receive 4 pre-scheduled 30-minute consultations per month, via AOL Instant Messenger, occurring on exactly the same day and time each week. Because of the high demand on my time, this must be done on a "use it or lose it" basis. Please be sure to be on time for your scheduled session.

Confirmation will be sent as soon as we receive payment. A "pre-coaching" questionnaire will follow which must be filled out entirely, and either faxed or emailed 1 week prior to our first session. Sessions will not begin until questionnaire is completed.
