I am very passionate about the work that I do, so to guarantee that you get the maximum possible benefit, I request the following:

• All coaching sessions must be made on time and only at their scheduled time slot. No sessions will be extended due to lateness.
• If for whatever reason your session needs to be rescheduled, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance, if you do not, you will be held accountable for that session.
• Under no circumstances is tuition for coaching returnable. This is a real commitment you are making to yourself!
• To guarantee success, my clients need to be both coachable and open to receiving feedback.
• It is essential that you remain courteous, polite, and focused on how you will improve your life.
